At Proud Mary Coffee, we want you to love your brew; if your coffee is damaged or you are unsatisfied with your equipment purchase, please reach out within 14 days of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee beans, we cannot accept returns on food items, but we are committed to finding a solution that makes it right.

Provide Documentation
For damaged goods or incorrect orders, please include clear photos of the packaging and product labels in your initial email.
Ship Your Item
Once approved, ship your unused equipment in its original packaging to our designated returns warehouse using the provided return label.
Receive Refund or Replacement
After we inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement coffee immediately.
